At Urbann Vibe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returns requested after this period cannot be processed.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Items must include all original accessories and documentation
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care items and cosmetics
- Undergarments and swimwear
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return process, please contact our customer support team at support@urbann-vibe.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return in your email. Our team will respond with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label if applicable.
Refund Process and Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 2-3 business days. If your return meets our conditions, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days after receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We're happy to help with exchanges for different sizes or colors. Contact our support team at support@urbann-vibe.com to arrange an exchange. We'll provide instructions for returning your original item and help you place a new order for your preferred item.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. If we made an error with your order, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
